Concetta Raz started Upward On in 2017. Recognizing a need, she brought her passion for recruitment and extensive industry relationships to start an executive search firm that specialized in real estate. Her depth of industry contacts and relationships spans residential, commercial, property management, and development.
Upward On’s goal is to act as a recruitment and retention tool for companies for them to grow, prosper, and thrive. Now in their 9th year in business, Upward On’s reach has grown far beyond the tri-state area, servicing clients in New Jersey, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, and California.
